Why Restore

Why South Florida Homeowners
Choose Restoration

Lower Cost

Restoration typically runs a fraction of full replacement — no demolition, no new materials, no installation labor.

Days, Not Weeks

Most restorations finish in 1–3 days and are walkable within hours. Replacement can take your floors out of use for weeks.

Keeps Original Character

Natural stone develops a unique patina over time. Restoration brings back the shine while preserving the character that new material can’t replicate.

Less Waste

No demolition debris headed to a landfill. Restoring what you already have is the lower-impact option, and it shows.

FAQ

Questions About
Restoring Instead of Replacing

Everything homeowners ask us before booking a free estimate.

The calculator uses published South Florida market ranges for stone replacement and restoration, so it gives you a realistic ballpark, not an exact quote. Your exact price depends on your stone’s current condition, access, and scope of work — confirmed during a free, no-obligation on-site assessment.

Run the calculator once per stone type using the approximate square footage of each, then add the results together. During your free estimate, we’ll give you one combined, itemized price covering every surface.

Yes. Every restoration tier, from a light polish to a full restoration, includes a penetrating sealer application. We don’t use topical coatings, which tend to peel and yellow over time.

Cleaning removes surface dirt. Restoration addresses the stone itself — honing out etching, diamond grinding down lippage and chips, and polishing to bring back the original shine, then sealing. If your floor still looks dull after cleaning, that’s a sign it needs restoration.

We serve all of Palm Beach County plus Broward County and Port St. Lucie — including West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Wellington, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Hollywood, Aventura, and Sunny Isles Beach.

Book a free on-site assessment. We’ll inspect your stone in person, confirm the exact scope of work, and give you a firm, written price before anything begins. No obligation.
