Build Your Career in Stone Restoration
Lifestyle Marble Restoration has spent 15+ years earning a 4.9★ reputation across Palm Beach County. We’re growing, and we’re looking for people who take pride in doing the work right — starting with experienced marble techs.
A Small Team.
Real Craftsmanship. Real Growth.
We’re not a franchise and we’re not a call center that dispatches whoever’s cheapest. We’re a tight crew that’s built a 15-year reputation one job at a time — and we want people who care about that the way we do.
Competitive Pay
Pay based on real experience and skill, with room to grow as you take on more responsibility.
Steady, Year-Round Work
South Florida’s demand for stone restoration doesn’t slow down for the season — neither do we.
Real Path to Grow
We’d rather promote from within. Strong technicians move into Crew Lead and Estimator roles.
A Team, Not a Machine
You’ll know your crew and your customers by name. No corporate layers, no getting lost in the shuffle.
Marble & Stone Restoration Technician
(Experienced)
This is the role we need filled most. We’re looking for a technician who already knows their way around a diamond grinder — someone who can walk onto a job, read the stone, and know exactly what it needs. If that’s you, we want to talk.
- Diamond grind, hone, and polish marble, travertine, terrazzo and granite floors, countertops and showers
- Operate and maintain diamond grinding equipment, buffers, and polishing tools
- Apply the correct penetrating sealer for each stone type
- Assess stone type, damage level, and the right restoration approach on site
- Represent Lifestyle Marble professionally in clients’ homes — many high-end, luxury properties
- Travel to job sites across Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Port St. Lucie
- Keep every job on schedule and up to our quality standard, every time
- 2+ years of hands-on experience restoring natural stone (marble, travertine, or terrazzo required)
- Working knowledge of diamond grinding, honing, and polishing processes
- Comfortable identifying stone types and reading etching/damage
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- Professional appearance and communication — you’ll be a guest in someone’s home
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Steady, year-round work — no seasonal layoffs
- Company vehicle and equipment provided
- Real path to Crew Lead or Estimator as you grow
- Small, tight-knit team — not a corporate machine
- 15+ years of local reputation behind every job you do
