Sailfish Point is a private, gated oceanfront community on the southern tip of Hutchinson Island, where the Atlantic, the Indian River, and the St. Lucie Inlet meet. Marble and stone here live with salt, spray, and strong sun every day, and they need maintenance to match.

Amenities

A Community Surrounded by Water

Sailfish Point occupies a spit of land with ocean on one side and the river and inlet on the other. That position gives residents a rare mix of views and boating access, and it gives their stone a rare level of exposure: wind-driven salt from several directions, steady humidity, and strong reflected light off the water.

On interior floors that shows up as dulling and etching where salt tracked in from the beach or dock meets polished marble. Outdoors it shows up as staining on travertine and limestone, and as sealers that wear out faster than they would a few miles inland.

Estate Homes, Villas, Townhomes, and Condos

The community mixes estate homes with villas, townhomes, and low-rise condominiums, and the stone in each is different. Estate homes often have large continuous marble or limestone floors and detailed bathrooms, where a consistent finish across many rooms matters most. Condominiums and townhomes tend to have smaller, more varied surfaces and clear rules about when and how contractors work.

We bid each property on what is actually installed. For large floors, we plan the work room-by-room so the finish matches across thresholds. For condominiums, we follow the building’s vendor, insurance, and elevator requirements.

Maintenance for a Marine Setting

In a marine setting, the best restoration is one you do not have to repeat soon. We seal with products chosen for salt-air performance, and we leave homeowners with specific cleaning guidance: pH-neutral cleaners only, no vinegar or acidic products on marble or limestone, and a re-sealing schedule that fits how exposed each surface is.

Sailfish Point is in Martin County, just north of our Palm Beach County work in Jupiter Island and Stuart. If you live nearby but outside the gates, see our Stuart and Martin County page.
