A Condominium Island

Singer Island is named for Paris Singer, the developer who helped shape the island in the early twentieth century. Today it is a place of oceanfront condominiums, Intracoastal residences, and a limited number of single-family homes. Most of the island lies in Riviera Beach; Palm Beach Shores sits at the south end, and a few miles of coast include John D. MacArthur Beach State Park.

The towers range from decades-old buildings to some of the newest luxury residences in Palm Beach County. That spread matters for stone: older buildings often have original marble, terrazzo, or tile that is ready for restoration, while the newest buildings have fresh stone that benefits most from protective sealing.

Hurricane Country and Salt Air

Singer Island is a barrier island with ocean to the east and Intracoastal to the west, so wind-driven rain and salt reach balconies and terraces from both directions. Storm seasons can push water into entries and garages, and humidity stays high most of the year.

On marble and limestone, that shows as dulling and etching. On travertine and exterior stone it shows as staining, lost fill, and failed sealers. We restore the surface and finish with sealers rated for salt air and UV, so the work holds up between maintenance cycles.

Buildings We Have Published Pages For

We work throughout the island. Individual pages are live for several buildings: Ritz-Carlton Residences, Amrit Ocean Resort, 5000 North Ocean, Oasis, Dolce Vita, Ocean’s Edge, and Marina Grande.

If your building is not on that list, the process is the same: we assess your stone, confirm what your association requires, and quote the work.
